Websites and web platforms that load fast and read natively.
React and Next.js platforms, storefronts, and corporate sites — bilingual Arabic and English with full RTL, built for clients in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and the US.
How we treat this work.
A web project is rarely one thing. A clinic needs opening hours that are true right now; a sourcing consultancy needs a lead to arrive already labelled by service; an apparel label needs a storefront that can be re-dressed for the next drop without a rebuild. The stack should follow the job, not the other way round.
So we pick per project. Nabd Cardio is static Astro behind a CDN because a clinic page has to open on mobile data in a waiting room. Qawqab is a custom Shopify theme, so checkout and tax stay managed while every customer-facing surface is ours. Aggrego runs on WordPress with a locked design system, because the team edits their own pages daily.
What does not vary: Arabic and English are both first-class, hreflang is correct on every page, and the client can change their own copy without calling us.
What actually lands.
The right stack for the job
Next.js for platforms and apps, Astro for content sites that must be fast, Shopify for commerce, WordPress when the client edits daily.
Bilingual with correct hreflang
Arabic and English as real locales with proper alternates and RTL throughout — not a translate widget bolted onto one language.
Content you can change
A locked design system on top of whatever CMS fits, so your team edits copy and pages without the result drifting off-brand.
Fast by construction
Static output and CDN delivery where the content allows it, image optimisation, and a Lighthouse budget we hold ourselves to.
Technical SEO as standard
Structured data, sitemaps with per-locale entries, canonical URLs, Open Graph images — set up at build rather than retrofitted.
Forms that reach a human
Lead capture routed and tagged by source, with spam protection, so enquiries land somewhere your team actually works.
The markets we ship into.
- Egypt — Aggrego, Retro-Z, and Nabd Cardio were all built for Egyptian operators and their customers.
- Saudi Arabia and the Gulf — bilingual corporate and platform work where Arabic is the primary language.
- UAE — regional B2B and commerce platforms.
- United States — Qawqab is a New York apparel storefront built and maintained from our side of the Atlantic.
Work we shipped with it.

Nabd Cardio
Adult and pediatric cardiology across two Egyptian branches, Arabic-first.

Qawqab
Ancient symbols, worn now — a drop-based storefront for a New York apparel label.

Aggrego Consulting
A sourcing bridge from Egypt and MENA, built to qualify buyers before the first call.
What gets asked before signing.
- How much does a website cost?
- The honest range is wide, because a five-page bilingual corporate site and a commerce platform with custom checkout logic are different projects wearing the same word. We scope before quoting. What we will not do is quote low and recover it in change requests.
- Do you build bilingual Arabic and English websites?
- It is most of what we do. Both languages are real locales with their own URLs and correct hreflang alternates, full RTL layout, and Arabic copy that is written rather than machine-translated. Nabd Cardio runs Arabic as the default locale with English as the alternate — the right way round for a clinic in Egypt.
- Can our team update the site ourselves?
- Yes, and we design for it. Which tool depends on how often you edit: a locked Elementor system if it is daily and non-technical, a headless or file-based setup if your team is comfortable with a review step. Either way the design system constrains the edits, so the site still looks like one site a year later.
- Do you do SEO as part of the build?
- The technical half, yes, and it is not an upsell: structured data, per-locale sitemaps, canonicals, Open Graph, page speed, and a crawlable bilingual structure. What that does not buy is authority — rankings for competitive commercial terms need content and links over time, and we will say so rather than imply a launch is enough.
- Can you take over a site someone else built?
- Often, yes. We start with a short audit: what it runs on, what is patched, where the content lives, and what would break on a migration. Sometimes the answer is to keep it and fix it, and sometimes it is cheaper to rebuild — we tell you which before you commit budget either way.
- Mobile app developmentMobile apps that pass review and keep shipping.
- Applied AIAI that moves a number, not a demo.
- Cloud & DevOpsInfrastructure you can hand to an on-call engineer.
- Product designDesign that survives contact with Arabic.
- Technical leadershipSenior judgement, for the phase that needs it.
