App and platform development for Saudi businesses and programmes.
Mobile apps, B2B platforms and field systems for Saudi companies and government-adjacent programmes — Arabic-first, built with ZATCA e-invoicing and PDPL in mind, by a team that has shipped for the Hajj.
What we’ve built, and how we work.
Our Saudi work started where the stakes are highest: Taskeen, the field tool Hajj ground staff used to verify pilgrims and keep live counts on buses and tents across Mina — more than 100,000 pilgrims tracked, offline-first, through the whole season.
We deliver from Cairo, which runs on Riyadh time in summer and one hour behind it in winter. Arabic is the working language of the product, not a translation step at the end.
For Saudi companies we build commercial systems too: B2B ordering and distribution platforms with ZATCA Phase 2 built into the invoicing flow, healthcare and property platforms, and stores for brands selling in the Kingdom.
Who we build for here.

Local rules and details.
- ZATCA’s Wave 25 brings businesses with VAT-able revenue above SAR 187,500 into Phase 2 e-invoicing by 1 February 2027 — invoicing flows are built to clear or report through ZATCA’s platform.
- Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) — consent, access and storage designed around it.
- Hosting in the Kingdom or in a regional cloud when the client or programme requires data residency.
- Arabic first, in the register your users expect — formal for government services, conversational where the brand is.
Work we shipped here.
What gets asked before signing.
- Do you have an office in Saudi Arabia?
- No — we deliver from our office in Cairo, which keeps Riyadh hours in summer and is one hour behind in winter.
- Do you handle ZATCA e-invoicing?
- Yes. Invoices are produced in the Phase 2 format, cleared or reported through ZATCA’s platform and carry the required QR code. We confirm your integration wave and deadline during discovery.
- Can the system be hosted in Saudi Arabia?
- Yes, when data residency requires it — in-Kingdom or regional cloud hosting, set up in your own account so you own the environment.
- Do you work on government projects?
- As the technical partner to an operator or a prime contractor — the way Taskeen was delivered — including the technical sections of tender responses in Arabic and English.
