Ordering software for distributors, wholesalers and suppliers.
Most B2B trade in Egypt and the Gulf still runs on WhatsApp, phone calls and PDF price lists. We build the apps and systems that move it into one catalogue, one order history and one set of numbers — without asking your customers to change how they buy.
How this business actually runs.
A distributor's real system is usually a sales rep's WhatsApp, a spreadsheet of customer-specific prices, and an accountant reconciling both at the end of the month. Orders arrive as voice notes. Prices change, and half the customers find out on delivery.
We built Fahem! for exactly this: a buyer app for restaurants and a web console for food suppliers, sharing one catalogue and one order timeline, with the most-ordered basket one tap away. The same pattern fits any distributor whose customers re-order the same things every week.
We start from how your customers already order — and make that faster, not different.
The systems this business needs.
Customer ordering app
Each customer sees their own catalogue and prices, re-orders last week’s basket in one tap, and follows the order to delivery. iOS, Android and web.
Sales-rep app
Visits, orders taken on site, customer balances and targets — working offline in warehouses and on the road, syncing when back in coverage.
Supplier & back-office console
Catalogue and price lists, customer-specific and tiered pricing, promotions, credit limits and order approval — managed by your team, not by a developer.
Delivery & fulfilment
Delivery windows, driver assignment, proof of delivery and returns, so the order timeline tells the truth from warehouse to door.
ERP & e-invoicing integration
Orders flow into your ERP or accounting system instead of being re-typed; in Saudi Arabia, invoices go through ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing as part of the same flow.
Reports that match how you sell
Sales by rep, customer, product and region; what stopped being re-ordered; which price changes moved volume.
What’s different in Egypt and the Gulf.
- WhatsApp stays in the loop — confirmations, price-change alerts and reminders go where your customers already are.
- Prices and credit that differ per customer — the part generic e-commerce platforms get wrong.
- Saudi Arabia: ZATCA’s Wave 25 brings businesses with VAT-able revenue above SAR 187,500 into Phase 2 e-invoicing by 1 February 2027; the integration is built into the ordering flow.
- Egypt: integration with the Egyptian Tax Authority’s e-invoicing system where your ERP doesn’t already cover it.
- Arabic and English throughout — including invoices and the sales-rep app.

What gets asked before signing.
- Can our customers keep ordering on WhatsApp?
- Yes, and most do at first. We connect WhatsApp to the system so orders, confirmations and price alerts are recorded in one place, and customers move to the app when it is faster for them — usually re-orders first.
- Do you integrate with our ERP?
- Yes, as part of the build. In discovery we agree which system owns products, prices, stock and invoices, and how often each syncs. If your ERP has an API we connect to it directly; if not, we agree a file-based or middleware route.
- Does it handle ZATCA e-invoicing?
- For Saudi clients, yes: invoices are produced in the Phase 2 format, cleared or reported through ZATCA’s platform, and carry the required QR code. We confirm your integration wave and deadline during discovery.
- How long does a B2B ordering system take?
- A customer app, a sales-rep app and a back-office console with ERP integration typically takes about 17 to 24 weeks. Our project estimator gives a range for your exact scope in a minute.
