Healthcare & clinics

Websites, apps and systems for clinics and medical practices.

Patients arrive worried, on a phone, usually in Arabic. We build clinic websites, booking flows, patient apps and clinic management systems that answer them first — and keep the practice running behind them.

What we understand

How this business actually runs.

Nobody opens a clinic’s website casually. It is a parent who has just heard a word they don’t know, or someone checking whether the clinic is open before driving there. A site that opens with the doctor’s CV is answering a question nobody asked.

Nabd Cardio shows the pattern: Arabic first, a live open-or-closed status for each branch computed from its real hours, the phone number and WhatsApp one tap away, and consultant profiles with their accreditations spelled out rather than softened.

The same thinking carries past the website — into booking, follow-up and the systems the clinic runs on every day.

What we build

The systems this business needs.

  • Clinic & practice websites

Arabic first with a real English version, per-branch hours and live open/closed status, doctor profiles, and patient-education content that ranks.

  • Appointment booking

Booking by specialty, doctor and branch, with WhatsApp and SMS confirmations and reminders so fewer appointments are missed.

  • Patient apps

Appointments, prescriptions and results, follow-up reminders, and growth or condition tracking where the specialty needs it.

  • Clinic management systems

Scheduling, patient records, visit notes, billing and reports — for a single clinic or a practice with several branches.

  • Symptom-led patient content

Content organised around what patients worry about, with the warning signs stated plainly — it brings the right patients in and answers them before they call.

  • Online follow-ups

Video or chat follow-ups for stable cases, with booking and payment in the same flow.

In this region

What’s different in Egypt and the Gulf.

  • Health data is sensitive personal data under Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law and Saudi Arabia’s PDPL — access, storage and consent are designed around that from the first sprint.
  • WhatsApp is how patients in the region reach clinics — booking, confirmations and reminders work through it.
  • Arabic first for patients; medical credentials and terms kept exact.
  • Fast on mobile data in a waiting room — static where the content allows, nothing heavy to patch.

Common questions

What gets asked before signing.

Can patients book through WhatsApp?
Yes. The simplest version opens WhatsApp with the booking message already written. The fuller version connects WhatsApp Business to the booking system, so confirmations and reminders go out automatically.
How do you protect patient data?
We treat it as sensitive from day one: role-based access, encryption in transit and at rest, audit logs, and hosting chosen for your country’s rules. A website that doesn’t need medical data doesn’t collect it.
Do you build for practices with several branches?
Yes. Nabd Cardio runs two branches with different hours and phone numbers; each shows its own live status, and every page points the patient to the right branch.
How long does a clinic website take?
A clinic website with booking and WhatsApp reminders typically takes 7 to 10 weeks. A patient app or a clinic management system is a longer project — our project estimator gives a range for your scope.
